The first official video for Interpol's Our Love To Admire just hit the WWW via MTV. In typical Interpol fashion, "The Heinrich Maneuver" is an uplifting, feel-good affair. While we don't want to spoil the ending, you might think David Chase just directed his first music video.

NY Times Profiles Interpol + Our Love To Admire "Leaks"

Interpol The New York Times profiles Interpol and talks to the band and label heads about their "hedonist phase", the major label jump, and fashion:
"There's been a lot of stupid attention on different facets of this band from the beginning, and one of them is the fashion," Mr. Banks said. "And for us it's sort of like, so? It just so happens that we all kind of come together on the formal side of things." [Read More]
In other Interpol news, several studio tracks from Our Love To Admire have made their to YouTube. Whether these are in fact actually "leaks" is suspect. Most of the tracks abruptly cut of just before their natural ending leading one to believe this may be the work of publicists. But does it really matter? We get to hear new Interpol!
