This record is from that 1967-ish time period when the Kinks could do no wrong. There are a bunch of versions of this. There's a 13 track Reprise album, and a bunch of bootlegs--some with over 30 songs. This is definitely some of the best Kinks stuff. The record includes most of an aborted Dave Davies solo album and bunch of other great songs. It happens to be my favorite Kinks record, and I think it's as good as Village Green, Something Else, Muswell Hillbillies, Arthur, Lola vs Powerman, Kontroversy, Face to Face or anything else the Kinks ever did.
