Regia is Louis Schefano. He's a great songwriter, in the tradition of Tim Buckley or Leonard Cohen. Also an amazing drummer, Louis plays most of the instruments on this record--though he's helped out by Shelby Tate, who he'd played with previously in Remy Zero. This album contains beautiful and original melodies, and thoughtful, touching lyrics. It's one of the most overlooked albums of the late 90s.
