Big Lizard in My Backyard was the debut album from the comedic punk band, The Dead Milkmen. Listening to the album is a really great experience. Whether they're making fun of rednecks (Tiny Town and Rastabilly) or just singing about Takin' Retards to the Zoo, the album is hillarious. They are really great with rhymes as well. Such as: I bought a big lizard only a dollar fifty/Well that's pretty neat/Yeah it's fuckin' nifty or Head on collision/Bodies everywhere/Head on collision/Retards beware. In all honesty, the only member of the Dead Milkmen that has any talent is their bassist, Dave Blood, yet it all fits together really well.
